We are a midsize Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). We've spent over 20 years providing investment and wealth management services to our clients. We're seeking a Client Service Associate and Senior Client Service Associate to join our growing team!

What You Will Be Doing
- Manage onboarding of new clients and investments by collecting and processing documentation
- Collaborate with advisors and analysts to for client related tasks and requests
- Responsible for all money transfer requests and movements
- Liaise and interact with advisors and custodians
- Interfaces with money managers regarding investment activity and administration for KYC and AML requests
- Monitor investment activity reports.
- Client verification
- Liase between tax associates during tax season
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar field
- 1 year of experience in a client service role within the financial services industry, an RIA firm or relevant internship
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce or similar
- DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat PDF Writer (major plus).
- Series 65 or 66 preferred
